Not even close. I'd rather Freeman over Kinsler (but I suppose position need could make them a wash), but Verlander for Janssen? Yuck. The other side would have to add a quality SP to the mix... and even then, like I said, I would have to be ugly at 2b, and have a good replacement for Freeman to even think about it.

IMO, whoever made this offer does not think you know your baseball very well. And, people do it, because they just might find someone who really doesn't.

Yeah must not. Heck, even IF you don't know anything about baseball.... You should know not to make this trade. Freeman is on fire and even-though Verlander isn't totally spot on this year you must keep both
