Jimmy G and the Niners out there doing God's work. First the Cowboys, now the Packers and arrogant Aaron Rodgers. Could Brady be next?
I don't care if it's against Matty or Tommy at this point.
Jimmy is on a special trajectory...and that's due to his teammates having his back and stepping up when he wasn't.

Yes, the Packers D played great tonight too, but there can only be one hero and it goes to the winning D.
Well, that, and... SF trailed all game and their offense squandered like 3-4 golden opportunities to tie the game and/or get in the end zone. Yet, they just kept doing their job. They also didn't allow the GW drive.

Special teams for 9'rs won this game. Dont see that very often.

Respect.
Don’t know the metrics, but on KNBR this week, they said the Pack was rated #31 in special teams and the Niners were rated #25.

that's just it...if a team had guys where every one of them just does their job to the best of their ability with 100% effort, they'd never lose a game...instead we get morons playing for a contract or having idiots pissing in their ear about how great they are...so they look stupid and cost teams games...and that is the reality of the NFL...too many guys you can't count on to do it how they're taught with 100% effort

Losing because of special teams (and offense outside of first quarter), now Aaron Rodgers knows how Alex Smith felt in 2011 with Kyle Williams punt return fumbles… oh sorry, I thought we had to compare with Smith every time we play Green Bay.

My wife and I each popped open another beer and toasted to the 49ers for the occasion.
We didn't feel like going to a loud crowded bar, so we stayed home to watch the game.
Getting ready to enjoy some Thai food for dinner in a bit.
It's always weird to me being in the EST time zone when I'm on a message board with PT time zone people talking about "dinner soon". Meanwhile, it's midnight here and I'm pounding leftovers lol.
