There is nothing to think about IMO. Easy trade. Easy. Don't worry about what Mathews might do.

Then you can always package DJax with him or Mathews (depending on how he performs upon his return) for someone better than Alshon.

2.8 yards per carry for lacy I'm still very weary

Okay then. Keep guessing wrong on your mediocre choices until Mathews gets back and shares the load with Oliver. Meanwhile, wasting DeSean on the bench.

That would make me weary (and leery), too. Happily, Lacy's at 3.8.

This isn't really about Lacy, though; it's about balance and RB depth and not having a RB put up 5 while a WR sits on your bench with 12. Lacy's just a fair target. If you can get Charles or Le'Veon instead, do it.

I'm probably still gonna go with it but 5 is bad for someone that's about to trade a WR1 for him.. If it's just 5 points I could get that and more out of Thomas or McKinnon IMO

I meant you want to avoid the situation where you get 5 from a RB while wasting a WR's 12 on the bench.

Looks good! I will be starting Reed over Walker next week, and I suggest you consider the same.

I will be doing that. Is he a big red zone target? Or more for just getting yardage? Also how good is he when healthy?

He has not been a huge red zone target yet, but he has potential to be. He has great ball skills and can get separation very well. He is constantly open.

I don't have a ton of faith in Cousins, but he can put up yards and TDs in between all the picks. The redskin passing game is TE friendly and I believe Reed has a chance to be the most targeted Receiver on the team for as long as he is healthy.

As good as walker, I just don't see him out producing Reed when the matchups are neutral. Since the 2 play each other next week, I think both have ploys matchups but Reed is the superior player.

So you see him as a top 5 TE the rest of the year?

Possible, he has to stay healthy though.

I would not rank him in the top 5, but he has that type of upside.

I do like CJ against the the Bills. But I would trade AJ for Lacy. As long as he doesn't get a case of fumbeitis he should see the majority of work for the Packers.

Although I would think if you posted it you could get a bidding war for AJ. Maybe someone would give a comparable back and a 3rd WR?
