“It’s such an honor to be a Patriot and play for coach Belichick and coach McDaniels, learn under Tom and be a part of this great franchise. It’s a very successful franchise – I found that out firsthand; I’ve lost to them several times."

Toyota cars have actually gotten a lot crappier over the last 10 years, as well. The Camry used to be the most reliable car out there. Then they started cutting costs...and cutting costs and cutting costs and then Toyota wasn't as reputable as they once were....

One of my rigs is a 2000 Toyota Tacom 4x4 with 260,000 miles and it runs like a fucking champ. All I do is change the oil. Probably gonna keep it till it needs to be towed to the junk yard.

Had a 1976 Celica when I was in high school. It was pretty much a classic then and had the 22R engine in it. Those motors are STILL running strong in vintage Toyota cars.

Just a great auto company, regardless of Pearl Harbor.

I'm just hoping that he doesn't make the team. If they truly did sign him as a QB, it makes ZERO sense. I've wasted too much effort hating Tebow to accept him now. This blows.

I think you are right about that. But Toyota and Honda did become more American than Ford and GM along the way.

That goes without a doubt...Toyota motors are made in Alabama...

Ford motors are built in Mexico...i think...

I told you guys you were getting a player and most of you (actually all of you) were more excited about Johnny Gomes.

And I told the Mariner fans that moving Carp was a big mistake. Most of those dumbasses thought he was washed up or too injury prone or washed up and injury prone.

The primary reason why the Red Sox, and not the Fraudkees*, are in first place? Simnple. The Red Sox' unexpected sources of offense (Carp, Nava, Napoli [expected, but not expected to have a 120 RBI pace]) have more staying power than the Fraudkees* unexpected sources of offense (Wells, Overbay, Hafner)

Agreed. I had a '92 Camry that I owned from 1998-2003. In those days the Camry XLE was the same car as the Lexus but with a Toyota logo on it instead. I got the car with 100K on it and drove it to 200K. Never needed more than tires and oil, brakes etc.. I sold it when i moved to CA. Got $1800 cash for it. I must have had 50 people reply to my ad in the Globe (that's how shit was sold back then!). Everyone wanted that car even with 200K on it.
