If you're caught with more than 2 ounces of marijuana outside the home, it's a criminal offense. Residents may also grow up to six plants per person and up to 12 plants per household, but not in public view. However, landlords may prohibit tenets from growing pot plants.

The size of that bag it was definitely less than an ounce.

Vrabel said he is aware of the video that surfaced showing Diggs flashing a pink substance on a boat. He mentioned wanting Diggs to make smart decisions on and off the field but kept his response short. Per ESPN’s Mike Reiss, the NFL declined to comment on the video. While it might not be a great look for Diggs, it’s impossible to draw any conclusions from the short clip. Diggs is currently recovering from the torn ACL he suffered last year and would not be practicing if he were at OTAs, so it’s not much of a surprise that he’s away from the team. It’s likely this story blows over sooner rather than later, with Diggs’ ACL recovery still being the biggest driver of his 2025 outlook.

My main point with posting this is this is the risk with taking a guy like Diggs. There is a reason that his past few teams have said good riddance even though the guy is very gifted as a receiver. The headache he brings to both teammates and coaches comes on pretty quick. Maybe this will be a wake up call of how quickly his NFL career could come to an end. I do doubt anything comes of this other than a slap on the wrist as has been mentioned tough for the NFL to determine what was in the bag.

He said "WE" need to make smart decisions.
Nothing specific to Diggs. It may all be a hit job of it's pot in a state where recreational use is legal AND Diggs didn't even partake.

I just saw the video for the first time, im pretty damn sure it's not a lighter.

If someone takes a photo or video of me shaking a plastic bag of powdered sugar, 95% of the people who view it will be absolutely convinced that it's cocaine. Once the seed is planted, the flowers will grow and eventually bloom.

Unless you have 100% proof of what was in that bag, you're no more knowledgeable of what went on, than the three deer that just walked through my yard.
