Are you two seeing someone questioning whether Gronk is a good player? I may have someone on "ignore" by mistake. Or am I the one arguing here???
Really? TB is the best QB in history and not even the most dominant offensive player on his own team???
Forgetting QBs. Calvin is a mile more dominant than Gronk.
he is way ahead of tony gonzalez's pace for shits sake
ages 21-25
gonzalez:
79 games (63 starts)
334 catches
3958 yards
30 TD's
11.9 per
no surgeries
gronk:
65 games (54 starts)
308 catches
4379 yards
54 TD's
14.2 per
multiple surgeries on his arm, back and knee
well, he is only after begging to be called one for contractual purposes. TE's block, usually...well.Jimmy Graham apparently doesn't count as a TE?
Maybe when we see Calvin knocking DL's and LB's on their ass, then catching the ball over the middle and dragging 3 DB's downfield for 10 extra yards.
Yep, they both have a good skill set. Of course Calvin just runs right by or jumps over most guys on the field if they ever try to put one guy on him...Imagine a LB trying to cover Calvin? Heck I know I'm worried when Dallas has a both a CB and Safety trying to cover him all game...

hes more of a WR than a TE.
ask the best TE in history, whom i just quoted. So what makes Gronk so unbelievable is his blocking ability? Interesting logic.
CJ is also on the wrong side of 30CJ is awesome for sure, you're just going to see him blocking linemen and linebackers on running plays.
did you ignore my link and verbatim quote? He's not here so I can't ask him. That's why I asked you.
Yeah, he likes his TE's. Also said this about Graham:ask the best TE in history, whom i just quoted.
yupYeah, he likes his TE's. Also said this about Graham:
He is not a wide receiver. But he also is not a traditional tight end. Call it the Flex, Joker, Tight Wide or Tighty Widey position for all I care, but whatever you call it, he is among the three elite players at his position. He makes a strong case, if you judge by statistics, to be considered the best of those three elites. His statistics speak for themselves, and we will return to the numbers in a bit.
yup
he agrees with me...
is this where you go when you cant argue properly?he also shits in the shower???
is this where you go when you cant argue properly?
like i said (and gonzalez)
if you go by stats, hes a great TE...top 3. if you go by football, hes a WR playing TE. hes never blocked. not at miami. not in NO.
he is learning how to now.
Jimmy Graham apparently doesn't count as a TE?
my bad then.umm, no, I thought i was just making a joke.
What am I arguing exactly? I think Gronk is a great player. Do I think he is the best TE in the game right now? Probably, but top 2 for sure. Do I dream he was on my team, no. Do I think he is better than Calvin? Hell no...
