Actually it did for me. I wondered if I was just pissed enough about another blowout loss that I was going too far to want Bo fired. After reflecting on it a little bit, I think that's EXACTLY what we need. We're well set up on player personnel and schedule-wise to change out the staff at the end of the season.

I don't know who we can get, but if we could just get a HC with experience who will bring coordinators with actual experience, it will be better than what we have now. Honestly I think it just makes sense.

Fitz would prob be at the top of my list if we could get him. He has a smaller budget, recruits far below the level that we get, worse facilities, etc. Nebraska would be an upgrade in EVERY way, except for the expectations to win. I think he's too smart to take the job but I'd grab him in a second if we could.

you know what a day did help. I didn't watch the game yesterday. only listened to part of it. I honestly thought this was on Bo all last night. But I changed my mind after watching the game this morning.

This is 100% on the players. 100%. go watch the 2Q UCLA scoring drive and the stinking 3Q. Bo can't help guys tackle. 2 yard gains were turning into 7. 10 yard passing plays turned into 30. Players not filling holes, defensive lineman not getting any pressure that they were getting in the 1st half. (A little help from the zebrees by not calling holding penalties which i saw multiple of) That game could have been completely different with them finishing that sack on Hundley in the 2Q. Even in the 3Q, we had opportunities for stops, but players whiffed. Players got stupid cheapshot penalties. Seriously, how do you slow up not to hit the QB but then butt him with the crown of your helmet?

With the one exception of a boneheaded fake punt the coaching was sound. Players need to make plays. That simple.

Offensively, before I watched the game I thought maybe Beck tried to get cute in the 2nd half and he did, but the plays calls were decent, we had opportunities. Stupid penalties, T-mart not running when he should. Beck needed to call Cross's number a lot more in the 3Q and that was the one fault I had, but if some players make some plays the play calling wasn't bad.

are you watching practices? you got a secret video camera in there? It is absolutely ludicrous for me to believe you think a guy who has coached in the NFL and at multiple good D1 schools can't teach tackling. Players trying to make a big hit, trying to get on the highlight reel. Only way that works is if it's Taylor Martinez running the ball.

Change is needed yesterday was rock bottom

Yesterday was what needed to be seen. Another off-season which everyone knew what needed to be fixed.
They are the same problems of a continued trend.

Nobody can deny it is a TREND. It's a signature. Just like Neuheisal, Pinkel, Zook, etc.. have signatures.

Different players, different years, same results.

Pelini and these other assholes have sank this once great program lower than it has ever been and still on a downward trajectory. We are absolutely the laughing stock of the entire CFB world. I'm thoroughly embarrassed to watch them on tv and when I wear my Husker Red out in public, why you ask, because people fucking laugh at me when they see it! I wouldn't go to a game even if you paid me to sit there.

Wow I sure am excited to see how much worse we can get being were a whole 3 games into the season, every time I think we're at the bottom Bo and his fucktard staff amaze me yet again!

I'm beginning to think my loyalty to this program is a curse instead of a privilege.
