Well a lot the negativity is warranted and even alluded to by even the biggest Pelini supporters in the media. Everyone knows there are some glaring issues with the football program that need to be addressed in the off season. Whether the individual in charge has a process for that remains to be seen.

Like I've stated previously. The fans and media have had to get vocal in the Devaney and Osborne years. They are getting vocal again now that the honeymoon is over for Pelini.

See, this is what I am talking about. Where is the "problem of coaches leaving"?

Ekeler- left to be the DC - a move up
Raymond- went to his alma mater in the SEC to be the DB and assistant head coach - a move up
Carl- left to be a head coach - a move up
Sanders- well we all know what happened there but is at USC now - a step up
Marrow- an unpaid coach that got a paying gig - a move up
Joseph- possibly but we don't have "official" word yet - Alabama is a move up

Not one of these coaches made a lateral move or a step down on there own. I say "on there own" because of the Sanders issue. This isn't the 70's and 80's any more. Coaches don't stay in one place for their whole career any more. Nothing wrong with criticism but make it legit.
