If he is in fact ready to play, then GREAT! I hope he is not rushing back too soon though. With Dez back anywhere close to 100%, I don't care who the QB is, defenses will have to roll Safety help. Dez's presence on the field is so crucial for this offense.

If Dez can play this week, there may yet be hope. Outside of Witten, Cassel didn't have one reliable receiver to throw to last week. I'd like to see Cassel get a crack at it with 88 on the field.

Not getting my hopes up, I thought he'd be a go last week with his practice time and word's that he was full speed and making hard cuts. Could be nothing more than making Seattle think about him.

I say play it safe. Just put him in for some easy straight line routes as a decoy only.
See how the game goes, if the game is slipping away you can get more aggressive, especially if we are in the redzone.

But if we are up by 10, he should be on the sidelines.

Let's not forget, this is Seattle we are playing. There is this guy named Chancellor on the defense. I heard he hits pretty hard.
