Henrique and Marty are the ones standing out to me right now. It is sort of funny that with pressure in the zone Marty has just swatted the puck out of the air and essentially said "ENOUGH." The guy can still control a game. I wouldn't pin either goal on him. A seeing eye goal for number one with the pads stacked, and a horrid turnover where he had no time to set up.

Name another captain who the cameras find the need to show every moment there's a dead period in a game. I can't name a captain because they rarely show those guys every 30 seconds of the game. And yes, you should dislike/hate/despise him for that. He's shoved down the public's throat, and it's annoying. I hate that. At least he's a more colorful interview after his concussion issues...think they rattled his head a bit.

A very long winded way expanation that in the end admits you can not name another captain that whines as much as sid. If you want we can look objectively at the rest of the Atlantic

True they dont get anywhere near as much camera time (none of them is the caliber player Sid is) but I see them all enough to know that while they work the officials from time to time they are not the habitual complainers Sid is.

He is a great player and when he's not playing my team I actually enjoy watching him but I really hate the whining and yes he does do it more than other captains.

My overall point is this: if you're a player in the spotlight whatever you do in a positive or negative sense is overblown. The examples are endless. Every player has a certain stereotype that opposition fans will run with...but when it's your team's player, it's a lot easier to see through those, you watch that guy every day.
