Normally I'd want Hunter in there more in these moments than Gore just because of Gore's clutch fumbling history but after that kickoff he has me a little scared.

Watch the play again. Stafford didn't dive forward.

No, but it wasn't a clear slide. It looked like he was trying to, but he kind of fell sideways. It could have gone either way, but given the ambiguity of the move, I thoguht it was an ok no-call. Smith was CLEARLY sliding.

It was more of a sideways thing. The point is, he didn't slide like Smith did.

Sideways or not, his feet were leading him. Stop splitting hairs. We didn't get that call, and they didn't either.
