Can't wait to see Fister pitch in person today. It will be a first for me. The weaknesses in our defense are even more glaring when we are putting 0's on the scoreboard. Peralta is a damn pylon.

Ya, but when he hits a HR it's always fun to type JOHNNY!!!!!!!

Raburn Sucks!!! Don't go throwing him in with Don Kelly muzz. That's uncalled for. And some serious bullshit, IMO. However, I didn't actually watch that garbage game yesterday, so maybe DK bounced one off his dome over the fence for the Angels. Or pretended to be a second baseman, or dove and missed a liner by eleven feet. in which case you still don't need to be dragging his good name thru the mud like that by comparing his to Sucky McSuckerton. I know he didn't hit a meaningless solo homer, so, yeah, no sense in drawing any comparisons.

Hahaha....Your right, that was a low blow for ole Don Juan, but the play was pretty bad....I had nothing to compare it too....Maybe Conseco, but Raburn came to mind first.

Atleast Ricky got his awful start out of the way on a day when it didn't matter. JV could have tossed his third no-no and got a no decision. (Wait...Egh, you know what I mean, right?)

NO doubt...Ricky looked bad yesterday, Smyly once again looked good...Dougie Boy won't get flustered if he gives up a HR.....He will work through it.

Unless ofcourse Geno took them out for Lobster and Beer and got them back to the hotel at 6 am......

Ya, Raburn and Inge made copies and passed them around to some of the guys....JL is a prisoner on his own team as long as those photos exsits.

I wonder if smitty has me on ignore too?

I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on making Ramon Santiago the 'scape goat this year. Don Kelly has protection here, Tui is still an unknown, and Pena has done OK so far. How about Santiago and Villarreal as Raburn and Inge replacements?

Not trying to be contrary here....but maybe it is a good idea for Leyland to give as much playing time as feasible to guys like Kelly, Tui, and (especially) Ramon Santiago. They need to find out if any of these guys will be of value before summer sets in. I'd rather see those guys play some in April - just to find out if they can add anything to the team - before the games start to matter a little more.

I'd give Tui a chance.....We already know what Kelly and Santiago are, don't need to play them any more then necessary.

There is no reason for Ramon Santiago to be rostered, by any MLB club. He brings nothing. No range, no arm, no power, not much of a base runner, not much of a hitter from either side, and what talents he did possess, are declining. Really drove me nuts when Smokey used him as a pinch hitter last year.
