At least we got the Bye week half way through......I've always liked that....Looks fair and I actually think alittle bit promising......No complaints here. Might have to make 6-7 win season prediction more like 7-8 wins......See guys, I can actually see the glass half full sometmes.......Just don't go all Kool-Aid with the schedule and think 12 wins....Be realistic.

Just like all us guys coming over to a new website...Nothing changed, we are all the same guys on a different website....

The Lions got a favorable schedule (website) but the Lions havn't changed. It's still the same team as last year with minor upgrades and downgrades. Yes, the schedule is promising and therefore I give them 1 or 2 more wins, but I'm not going to jump the gun and think 12 wins for one second.

I see the Arizona game is week two - nice and early. If we don't win that game, after last season's disgraceful performance there, then Schwartz should be fired right on the spot.

4 of the fist 6 are on the road. But before the bye week looks pretty good for us. Finish off with tougher opponents tho

Yes previous year record. Which can be misleading. Saints were 13-3 gave good SOS and went 7-9. same with Lions bumping teams up from 2011...

Yeah it's a pretty doable schedule. I actually think we have a good shot at beating the ravens near the end of the season. They aren't the same team that won the SB. Eagles near the end is a toss-up. Kelly could have his offense in high gear or they could be dead in the water. Won't know til mid-season.

I don't drink Kool Aid...diabetic. I will bump it to 9 or 10 wins. I also will change plus or minus after draft. See if they shore some weak spots.
They will score in bunches again. Defense might be able to give up 22 a game and still get 9 wins...

Your record does not. your division finish does have to do with a few games. We play AFC North and NFC East as does all NFC North. look at the extra games. We get Cards and Bucs. Packers get 49ers and Falcons...

I will say 9 wins is the starting point because of the weak schedule. Still too many unknowns between now and the season. If we make the right moves and start well in the first few weeks we could end up as high as 11 wins. If they don't go well and we start slow or have excessive key injuries we will struggle to get 7 wins.

Can not control your schedule anymore. Playing 2 others divisions is automatic now. We got AFC North and NFC East. Look at the records from those divisions. 3/ 10-6 9-7 and 2/ 8-8. Then you get our division two games apiece. 11-5 and 2/ 10-6. SO that is 14 games and 9 teams at .500 or better. Looks to be hard on paper. SOS is like college preseson rankings. IMO means nothing. Had we got AFC East and AFC West. Looks good on paper.
