I just looked at his stats. You're right, they are kind of underwhelming. Why not stick Lance Parrish in the Hall of Fame too- or Darrell Porter?

He should be in the hall of Above Average

I don't hate Lombardi being in the HOF. I wouldn't vote for him, but I can definitely live with it. Kind of like Sosa. I wouldn't vote for him, but I wouldn't lose any sleep over him getting in if he were to

Yeah, certainly not a HOF but he put up a pretty good career. Defensive statistics love him and he did post a .354 OBP and a 113 wRC+ in 6570 PA
