Ok, heres another underrated 70's pitcher

Played 13 seasons and finished with a 125-126 record. The W-L would have been higher if he wasn't always playing for teams with mediocre offenses.
Amassed a 39.1 career WAR, including one season where it was 9.1. Somehow he didn't get even finish in the top 30 for Cy Young or MVP. (W-L record was much more important to voters then)
Went to one World Series and his team lost.
