Denson Leaving

It looks like Autry Denson is leaving to become the head coach at Charleston Southern. If it happens let the coaching search begin. It would be nice to have an offseason without coaching turnover.

I don’t know that is a terribly huge loss. I wasn’t terribly impressed with his recruiting. He was terrific at teaching fundamentals.

That is what concerns me. I honestly don't care what the kids star rating is if he can play and be coached up to produce like the five star kids are suppose to.

Buddy just told me that Mike Hart the RB from Michigan a few years ago is going to interview for the position at ND

I liked Hart as a player not sure what kind of experience he has.

I wouldn’t be against the hire actually. Like I said ND big problem right now is recruiting. Everything needs to be seen through the scope of recruiting.

The other guy up for the job is the Carolina Panthers WR coach he coached McCaffrey at Stanford and was responsible for getting a lot of the more talented offensive players to Stanford.

I think that was probably the better canidate, and probably the better recruiter.
