One of 400 free agents the Texans have signed this season.

I always felt like Walker was maybe a better player then people gave him credit for. A great motor, a streaky player. Seemed like everyone he showed his flashes he had an injury and it always held him back from proving himself.

Sucks. He got screwed by us for two seasons and then was injured when finally used correctly. I wish him the best when not playing against the Broncos.

I think the Texans got a value on Walker - sorry to see him go. I'd offer him the handshake (with plastic gloves) and a tip of the hat for his service. I agree the Broncos could have used him more effectively, but Jones is a better player for the same role.

My guess is if Elway is still GM Walker comes back here on a 1 year deal. With Paton, Walker goes elsewhere on a 1 year deal.
