4 sacks in 3 games means they are protecting Wentz fine. Nothing to say about the supposed 9 sacks and it actually being 4.

We were talking about Dak not throwing the ball downfield and I heard on TV he didn’t complete a pass over 10 yards and I thought they said he didn’t complete a pass of 10 yards. Then you take a 36 inch difference and act like the point was changed. But you always did explode on minutiae. 3 QB touches as a way to negate me saying he hasn’t been touched. 5 games of zero sacks (actually 9 games) and 3 hits means he’s been stoned. He is a fantastic player who I would love on the Eagles but Lane was right.

It was. I was wrong. I heard it wrong but the reason I hung on is it made absolutely ZERO difference on the overall point. The point was Dak wasn’t throwing the ball downfield. Does 9 yards or 10 yards mean anything? Sort of like the perfect example of can’t see the Forrest through the trees.

Hard decisions are coming.

Still $85M in cap space next year and $15M in cap space this year which should end up with them rolling almost $10M more into next year. If next year's cap goes up a little they could be at $100M in space next year when they start making those decisions and that's with D Law included. They are still in fine shape. I wouldn't be surprised to see Cooper signed sometime this season and them wait on Dak and Jones until next offseason. At some point they will need to let someone go but that's how it works when you can't agree on a number and don't think a guy is a good fit for the tag.
