After a rain delay, I just tuned in at lap 34 and there's a wreck.

Pretty decent race so far. Caution with 30 to go.

I wish NASCAR would get rid of the restrictor plate concept (restrictor nozzles on the injectors of the new injection systems on these cars) from this racing so people can break away from these insane packs that always end a race this way. This isn't racing. This is choregraphed BS!!!

I agree 100%. Plate racing is strictly for ratings. I believe they started with good intentions to keep cars out of the stands, but there are other ways to control speed or aerodynamics. So at this point, it's just nascar selling the "big one" to folks who would otherwise be watching wrestling, mma, or some other shit.

That's my point Tiger. Let these guys run at 214-220mph. They are good enough and they all understand the risks. Let 'em run. These two-car tandems are a joke as well. Is it any wonder they are losing fans who are migrating to other series like the LeMans series with Rolex as a sponsor.

There goes Coulter into the wall and now I guess we are going to see the completely assinine green-white-checker finish. NASCAR needs to get their heads out of the 20th century and get with the program.

I agree with you as long as they can keep the cars out of the stands.

I hear you. That was the reason for all the tracks fitted with safer barriers including at the big tracks like Talladega, Daytona, Pocono.

And you get these really tight finishes in the dark with cars wrecking behind the lead cars!

They actually called the 7 the winner on the turn when the caution light came on after it was one try at the green-white-checker.

More of the same shit because of this pack and tandem racing. No break-away power. It sucks!!

They should have let them finish. No need for the caution there.
