Interesting take.

Yes, that's what we're talking about. There's an appellate system in place, and the NFL is doing nothing wrong by using it. "You lost get over it" is a childish point of view.Didn't the NFL go to court with Brady? Didn't they lose as well?

The good news for Pats fans is that the NFL is going to lose again.
So adjust the entire appellate system. For Tom Brady.it's not a childish viewpoint... This was dragged on for how long? NFL already has major egg on it's face. Time to just man up and let it go.. BOTH SIDES!
IMHO, the only childish (actually ridiculous) thing about this whole affair is that it has gotten this far. This is not a major capitol offense like murder and it shouldn't be treated as if it was. There should have been ample opportunity for the involved parties to sit down and work something out, just like Judge Berman has urged. Now there is talk of this matter going all the way to the US Supreme Court. Give me a break! The NFL has reportedly spent over a quarter of a million dollars on this fiasco and I'm sure the NFLPA has racked up some sizable costs as well (Jeffery Kessler doesn't come cheap). As usual, the ultimate losers here will be the fans who will probably be forced to swallow even more bloated prices for game day tickets to recoup the money spent on wealthy lawyers by both sides.
So adjust the entire appellate system. For Tom Brady.
Not childish at all.
Yes, you've made it clear that the NFL should forfeit it's right to due process.BOTH SIDES need to let it go! What part of that don't you get?
Yes, you've made it clear that the NFL should forfeit it's right to due process.
Because Tom Brady.
It all makes perfect sense in your brain, I'm sure.
So you don't think the appellate system needs to be overhauled for Tom Brady, and the NFL is fine with partaking in the due process it's afforded under the law.idiot... BOTH sides need to drop it... Can't you read?
I highly doubt you'd be spewing this crap if this happened to the Seahawks and Wilson

Good to see.
If it happened to Wilson and the Seahawks, I probably wouldn't care for it. And I don't blame you for not liking it. But as an adult with the faculty of reason, I understand that the appellate system shouldn't be altered to cater to the fans of 1 NFL player.
Fair enough. But in all honesty it never should have gotten this far. Hell it's a psi of a football... Yes the Patriots probably did something and Brady but Goodell botched the shiat out of this to begin with.
Yeah, I was trolling for the most part.
In before Hammer or Dirt say PFT is a Boston enterprise or that daddy Kraft paid them off,It's looking as though the NFL's lawyer made "mistakes" (lied) a few times during the hearing.
Uncorrected mistakes could hurt NFL’s credibility with appeals court
So Aaron Rogers already admitted to over inflating footballs and Joe Montana admitted to his o/line spraying silicone on their unis to make them harder to grab on to.
The only 2 constants in football are:
1. Everybody cheats.
2. Goodell is a moron.
