I know no one else is an M's fan, but I'm gonna lament. Too bad Franklin Gutierrez couldn't stay healthy throughout his career. He's just killed it this year in his limited time. .312/.356/.648/1.004 (8 HRs in his last 23 games). Could've been really good, just had the misfortune of a body that hates him.

Yeah his strikeouts for a speed guy just can't happen. But God even when he's struggling his speed just helps win games.

I don't know how valuable Torii is in the clubhouse but its almost to the point where even if he is its not worth taking up a spot on the roster.
