I really did take Lofton thinking I would bat him leadoff when I traded Rickey but it seems everyone wants Rickey except for when I have him then he sucks...

If I traded for Rickey I would give you Raines. I know you want Raines to trade him to Milky.

I don't really make a lot of trades in these because it's not like fantasy leagues when everyone values change during the season and you try to sell high and buy low on guys. Also no injuries here and everyone's value stays the same. So most of the guys I want are on my team

Yeah, felt he would be a solid compliment to Carter at C, especially if I face a steal heavy team (like yours), with his over 50% cs success rate (I mean he caught 67% in 1928, and that wasn't his only north of 60 in his career).

I didn't say straight up. Other players would be in it. I'm just saying if I traded for Rickey I wouldn't want to keep Raines. Maybe it could be something like Raines, Seaver, Jeter for Roger, Rickey, someone.

Clemens and Seaver are about a wash. Rickey > Raines I dont want Jeter. But I get what yer saying its just the 3rd player from you would have to really be good.
