I'm really going to miss the big boy. I loved his eagerness to shove guys around after the play and he was always the first to start picking our players up when the play was done. As Kuharsky described him on 104.5 The Zone, he was a "nasty mauler who set the tone." One of my favorite memories was him grabbing James Harrison by the collar and speaking his peace. 6' 7" 320 doesn't take no for an answer.
Big Country was one of my favorite Titans over the last decade. I'm sorry to see him go, but it was the right move as his 2014 salary was $6.4M.
I wish David the best and hope he gets a new deal but when asked about his NFL future, David Stewart said, "It’s going to take a lot to get me off the lake."
The chicken farmer from Moulton, Alabama (I used to work there) made almost $30,000,000 in his career.
