Washington actually is one of the very few teams that could happen to right now.

Their stadium is old enough that they will be using the threat of relocation on the local officials to pressure to get a new stadium And if Washington balks on ponying up for a new stadium even just a little, all bets are off on their future location. And with the lack of support that team has had in the past couple of years, I cant believe that a new stadium is really all that palatable to the local politicians who have to take the heat if they give billions to an NFL team.

I hope they can find someone who would NOT move the team. Washington DC sucks though and you’ve got to go a long way to reach a nice place to live, so you’d probably have to be an established rich guy who already lives there to keep the team in DC.

Would they let a new owner change the name back to Redskins? That would be cool.

I think you can pretty much guarantee that. I think Snyder and the team didn't want to pay the guy that was holding all of the domain names, such as "Red Hawks" hostage.
