Marino has accepted an advisors role with the Fins.

Hope this is the start of the process of him gaining a bigger front office role with the team of which he deserves and shouldve had years ago. He will know what it takes to put this franchise where it neds to be.

Yes agreed and he can help Tanny which can be the most important thing...

Glad to hear Marino is back in the fold for the 'fins... But I highly doubt an advisor will have anything to do with the on-field practices, so not sure it will help Tanny at all. If he was hired as an assistant coach of sorts then that is a different story.

You know that Dan will spend some time with Tanny to mentor him...it's in his blood!

Well, he did have one, didn't he? And he gave it up soon after getting it.

I do hope his front office acumen--in as much as it will be called upon--is as good as his QB skills. That will be a huge plus to the organization.

Is Jason Taylor still popping in on practices? I know he was at a few this offseason. That's another guy I like having in the fold in some capacity.
