i think JHC is our best cover ILB

i would also like to see the speedier SDH get some snaps in place of foster

JHC is out best cover LBer, I just went with starters.

Anderson starting to come around

It really does seem like he's been around longer than he actually has been. He's only 24 and a Alabama guy. I still expect big things out of him now and in the future. BTW: my expectations apply to Shaun Dion Hamilton another Alabama youngster, he's only 23.

He was. And Zach Brown is plenty fast, but can't cover a patch of grass. Not sure it was what you were going for, but your post made me think how shitty our LB pass cover skills are. I love RK and he does have ball skills if he gets his hands on a ball. He has no business trying to cover TEs n RBs though. Preston has ball skills to if he gets his hands on it, but I'm not sure about his cover skills.

Def a need for speed at LB'er, maybe we should begin to incorporate our youngsters more. (S.D. Hamilton & R. Anderson)

Injury history and possibly a lack of confidence from coaches at this point. Otherwise, :noidea:

Injury history I understand, but I think it is foolish. If you are afraid of him being reinsujured, then don’t play him until you think he is fully healed.

The lack of confidence is plain illogical. Everything we have seen says trust him. From there, the only thing I expect from him is suckage.

again i think they are giving him a taste of the nfl this year and if you watched PS you could see him limping towards the ends of games .

JC was basically red shirted year one

I would say the fault of that play was alignement. Foster is the left ILB and was on the right side of the center so he was at a disadvantage from the beginning because the TE came out the other side.

Who's fault was the alignment, you would have to ask Manusky. They may have had a look that they expected a certain play and Houston ran a play off of it to defeat that defense. aka football.
The scheme was at fault. Foster cannot cover period! What is everyone not seeing about this? His physical ability limits him very much. You cannot place expectations on a player who doesn't have the ability to meet them.

I am fine with what I said, but thanks.
