Oh thats easy... less of it all the way around. When the off season training started sooner and there was more of it, we didnt see these rashes of non contact season ending injuries. Now the coaches are trying to stuff 5 months of off season conditioning and contact into 2.5 months worth of time. Its like starting your car up in 40 below weather, dropping it in gear and doing burnouts 30 seconds after you started it. eventually you are going to start breaking shit. Players wanted less off season work time and contact, and this is the result of it.
