Goodell is apparently starting to fine teams when they have too many druggies, criminals and other screwups on the team. Dallas is now getting hit.

The club remittance policy was created to hold teams accountable for acquiring players who have violated various NFL policies, by fining the teams an amount that equals up to 25 percent of the worth of the suspended players' salaries.

I wonder where these players get the idea it's OK to be a wasted fool though?

Suspend the team for a full season. Damn bunch of repeat offenders.
Oh wait that would never work. Then the NFL Exec's would need to find their own transportation to games.

As much time as you spend on the Cowboys board, you must be attracted to Phyllis and Jerry?

Like how so many bash the Cowboys for having problem players, but the Steelers getting a pass. And I'd take the Rooney family over Jerry 100 times out of 100, but they are proof that even the best organizations can't control players.

They did, and I was totally against it. But that turned out OK. Vick didn't get into any further trouble, and actually apologized profusely for his dog killing and gave speeches with animal rights groups.

Cowboys...signed woman beater Greg Hardy even though he never apologized for shit and was a total douchebag.
