Let's be honest... NFL drafts would be a lot more fun if the commentators employed both perspectives instead of the usual optimistic POV. An examples:

Commentator #1: "This kid has no chance to make an NFL roster!"


Mel: "Yeah a real tackling dummy for sure"


Goodell: "picking my feet is more exciting than reading the names on these damned draft cards!"


Wingo: "It's a real testament to this young man, who worked his ass off to become draft eligible. It's really too
bad that his dreams will end with the words that so many before him had to deal with...sorry but we have

ESPN says he's a RB. Looked up his stats on the internet and he's listed as a WR, but he had touches (33 carries) as a RB n ret guy.

Saw some highlights of him lined up as a WR more than a RB.

Hope he's on point - Louis Riddick said there was no player better in college with the ball in his hands. Called him a swiss army knife and a real home run hitter. If that's true we may have a big (6'2" 220 pd) Chris Thompson in the mix.

Yeah, I don’t really no much about the guy, but all the analysts were raving about him when he was picked. I really like the idea of Swiss Army knife if true.
