Yes but some owners think their chum is worth more than it is.
Other owners' chum is like a smelly pile of, well, chum sitting on the bench on a hot, warm day that actually does the job.
And then there is the chum that some owners hold out hope that it will develop and attract sharks 2 or 3 years from now.
