To risky for the Bears to just cut him. They could lose a bunch of money. I do see a trade tho.

Sadly for Seahawk fans, our division opponents are in cap hell and none of them can swing that anchor of a contract that Cutler has.
Wait...Cards just cut Dockett...

No chance. The cap hit to cut him is bigger that than keeping him. Why would they do that? Are they going to be a good team with Claussen?

This could create more cap space for Chicago.

The Bears should try to acquire Matt Flynn.

Seattle could sign him as a backup to Wilson.
A back up at league minimum sounds Ok. I think the Cowboys however are the ones who need the protection. To top it off, Romo and Cutler are very similar.

Romo is a solid QB with great career stats and Cutler is an INT machine. There are no similarities whatsoever.

Both over 100 interceptions for their careers. Not really that different. Although Romo has the edge for throwing the game killing interceptions, while Cutler kind of spreads it out.

Romo has better career stats.
