I would go that high on him probably 3rd.

2) Davis from Fla ILB
3) Mixon from Okal RB

Considering the interest and rave reviews that he drew at his Pro-day, I doubt very seriously that he'll be there past the second round. BTW: I know all about the incident.

Rightly or wrongly - the fact that it's on tape makes a big difference in perception, so it wouldn't surprise me to see him available in the 3rd round.
