CROSLEY FIELD MEMORIES

I always like looking at old footage or pics of Crosley. Hard to drive by the site without looking over to where it used to be.

There is construction on the infield/ LF side of Dalton Avenue. They've removed the last remaining piece of the RF grandstand and put up a building over where the terrace in LF was. Prior to the current construction the grade of the terrace had been paved over, but the grade remained.

I know things have to change. I would rather have them torn down the neighborhood and kept the ballpark. Although, I love the area around GABP and the ballpark itself is really nice. Much better than Riverfront. Of course, almost everything was better than that place.
