Can't think of any owners that register far as #1 goes.

Far as #2 goes. Some may think this bias due to my particular fandom, but even an objective analysis makes for a damn good case for Daniel Snyder. What he has allowed to happen and what he's done during his ownership repulses and sickens me. I used to at least believe he wanted the Redskins to become winners again. He was just too fuckin stupid to know how to go about it. Now I'm not sure if winning is the top priority in his agenda.

I shall provide a little more substance than my simple say-so.
