No need to bring in a highly paid guy with a "name" when we've got a bunch of "no-names" with cummings motors. This group is exciting to me. Hope Lee stays healthy all season. We're going to need him in a big way. Watching games, feels like he's the one making EVERY tackle.

I have been against bringing in older FAs, but I would be all for Seymour at this point if he would sign for a good price. If he sits out the year it is really going to hurt him for next year. So unless he wants to retire he should come back soon and I'm not sure how much money he could hold out for at this point.

this was an interesting sign. I listened to the local sports talk today and they said many that followed SD was surprised the chargers released him. He had a his only sack and his best game this season against philly. They said he gets up the field and should be a 15/20 snaps of effort to get pressure. This seems to be a common requirement from our DL coach. I'm reminded of passing on Floyd because of a twitch. Floyd hasn't exactly established himself as a guy many teams made a mistake on thus far. I don't know
