If you were my boss and what you asked of me pertained to my job then I would have to listen or face punishment and possible job loss.

Again, if Jerry and Dan agreed to letting the league have the power to do this during the 2012 and 2013 season I don't what the problem is. If they did not want to face this possibility then they should not have agreed to it. It's a little late to get upset about it now after you're name is signed to paper.
