Good point. Sure seems like a lot of good NFL QBs come from some college teams that weren't that good. Once they get good talent around them, they blossom.

He still has some polishing to do, but his potential upside still makes him a top choice. I'd take him over Rosen any day. If he really is on the fence, coming back for another year might not be a terrible idea, though.
