So unbelievably the Stanley Cup (with a bunch of Kings) was at a dive bar about 100 feet from my apartment last night. Its a local dive that I have heard the players hang out at a fair amount. Not a Kings fan, so I was not going to go out celebrating- but if I knew they were NEXT DOOR I totally would have gone.

Hah! Down here in Manhattan Beach? Bunch of Kings live around there and there's a bar (the name of which escapes me, close to Rosecrans/Highland Ave) where they always hang out.

Didn't even think to go out there but then again, not much time with work and small baby, etc.

Prediction:

Jay will make jokes about Kevin Eubanks using the Cup as a bong, and make note of the fact that Kevin is black and therefore doesn't really follow hockey, then his head will begin bobbling. Kevin will laugh, and then Jay will make a dated reference to The Juice.
