Quick little rant-

How the F do the awards people sleep at night?
How can someone be an offensive player, win the MVP award, and not be in the top 3 of 'offensive player of the year'?

Similarly, how can a player win the offensive player of the year, and and beaten out of the MVP by an offensive player- especially one that wasn't in the top 3 recognized best offensive players?

There just is no damned logic.

I GUARANTEE that if a defensive player were to ever win the MVP again, he would 100% also win defensive player of the year.

Dumb dumb dumb.

It's also a punch in the gut to people like me. It offers no condolence after losing in January again.

At half time i got an email and short video from comedian Bill Murray.

Bill says he looks in the mirror and sees his reflection as a dog and asks you to reply with a comment.
I replied.
I immediately get another email with another video. Now Bill is in a veterinarian office and he wants you to guess where they are sending him.
I reply.
I get another email and video. They sent him to a pet psychic and so he asks for more advice.
I reply.
Get another email and video. Bill is back at home with his brother.

Was an elaborate joke. But why do i seem the only one who got it?

My dad still has a number of his old baseball cards he collected growing up, including Nolan Ryan and Tom Seaver rookie cards.

Is it worth it to have a few of the more valuable ones PSA graded? Or just make sure he continues to store them properly and deal with grading them in the future?

Sorry just saw this. It depends on what the cards are and their condition. I am happy to take a look at them

I am fine with them being different players.

But let’s call the award different things.

MVP is essentially a QB award. So let’s make best offensive player only available to non-QBs

That seems to be what they have done, but might as well name it.

I'm no expert, but imo defenses do not line up for the tush push effectively.
They need to stack the LB and DB like an I-formation.

The entire concept of outlawing a play because a team is too good at it makes me angry.

Either figure out how to stop it, or keep them out of short yardage.

Cracks me up part of the Packers' argument for the change was "we couldnt stop them."
