He looks like a great CB and I like that he's a bit taller than most CB's

Its my believe that CB is the most important position on the team besides qb.... Its also my beleive that we will be ok at qb in the future and also we will take two qbs this year so imo a good corner was a #1 priority...

# 2 DT that can make playes
# 3 CB on the outside who shut down a WR but no pass rush doesn't matter who good he is.

Offense
# 1 LT have to blindside pass protect QB can't do his job under pressure.
# 2 Solid oline a must
# 3 Tailback QB 2nd best friend to a LT
# 4 QB

We all see the game different even bo and tom etc etc.... I would want to build my defense from the outside in... rather than inside out... Two lock down corners can make a whole d-line look great.... A great d-line can not make a hpair of horrible corners look good...

I agree, and I also think this is the way Bo sees it. If you look at last season, sure the D-Line was fantastic, but a lot of people fail to realize how unbelievably good the coverage was down field to allow the D-Line as much time as they got. I was telling this to my friend the other day because he was talking about how the loss of Suh ends Nebraska's defensive dominance....he didn't understand what I was talking about. It all starts with the secondary

DB can't cover forever and a great dline controlling an oline is way more important then two lock down cover corners. If the oline can handle the dline then WR's will be running open reguardless of how good your corners are

QB's are important but Bama's QB isn't much better than Zac Lee was last year. You build your team from the inside out not from the outside in.

There is no most important postion...on offense or defense. One guy CAN carry a squad...from ANY postition. What is most important is finding a group of players that perform as a unit better than the competition..but a key player is obviously a great starting point.

Ray Lewis on a shitty D...is a shitty D. Give him players that can hold their own, and coaches to give them the right direction to play as a unit, awesome D. No position is more important than another...and that is a fact...Suh and the last to years of NU defense are prime examples.
