I disagree. We got a QB who can win in the NFL. We got our starting FS back. We got our 3rd down Rb back. We lost Flowers, but at 10m was he really worth 10m? Kind of an average talent. We all knew that we were going to lose Scherff. We lost Ironman but he was making way too much money to be a 3rd DT. Settle hurts, but again im not going to get upset losing 3rd string players. Plus, FA isn't over I think we still sign some guys.

The contract is horrible and on top of that it's not if he fails it's when he fails Washington still gave up two 3rd rounders or possibly a 3rd and 2nd rounder for a guy that failed

Really the only option is to trade down from 11 to get more picks Washington has way too many holes now 1 player won't fix this mess

Yep, my mention to the article was because this guy thought Charles and Wes would be our starting guards. NFW that was going to happen as Charles has shown virtually nothing. Wes has been solid during his short tenure here. I expected a FA guard to be signed. Should have know it would have a connection to the Carolina days. It's how the league operates it seems.
