ESPN's John Keim writes that "it's possible" that Chase Young will have to open on injured reserve.​

That would knock him out four games. Young is recovering from a Week 10 ACL tear, and the Commanders have refused to put a timeline on him while saying he'd likely open training camp on the PUP list. The goal posts continue to move in a pessimistic direction for Young being ready for Week 1, but he should return at some point this season.

I don't know what your workout routine happens to be, but I assume that you're not doing it without clothing, water or beverage before during, or after. Some fresh as possible air, and either your property or public grounds to complete it. I could list a lot more but I have confidence that you get the idea.
