There is irony in that post. Each team has to in the East plays the same 8 teams, 6 against division foes and three different teams based on your record from the year before. So Dallas has 3 better teams from last year but their division foes made their preseason schedules the same.

The Lions went 3-13-1 last season, but teams shouldn't underestimate the Lions this year b/c they lost 7 games by 1 score or less, with 5 of those losses coming by 2, 2, 3, 2, and 4. They were closer than people think.

Campbell had them playing hard enough to still be in the game in the 3rd and 4th quarter. I think they'll be better than expected. Vegas has had Campbell as the favorite for 2022 coach of the year for a while.
