Caps started off this road trip losing a combined 10-2 to Winnipeg and Edmonton. 3 straight wins a nice finish to the trip.

Yeah, Caps skated hard all night long. Didn't realize how big of a team they have as well, if Lindgren keeps playing well and OV keeps scoring, they could do some damage if they make the playoffs.

Edit: Have to give the Caps credit for selling off their junk from their team and still in the playoffs.

Nothing against the Caps here but who knew the Metro would have been hot garbage this season.

Honestly, the last couple years outside of a couple teams, I haven’t thought ANY of the teams are that great. All have weaknesses. I think it’s just the cap era and how even most of the teams are overall. And the speed game and rebuilds just happen so fast now. I don’t think we’re going anywhere overall, but I could see us sneaking in and possibly winning one round. Just happy with the progress we’ve seen from McMichael, Sandin, Protas, and others this season.

Oh and I need Milano to cut those sideburns.
