Pretty lame, in my opinion. I can understand not having Russia there, but no Switzerland, Germany, Czechia, or Slovakia? Seems dumb and there's very little interest thus far.

It is a nothing tournament two months before the playoffs in which your favourite player will absolutely break his leg.
