We needed those two points to help introduce all our young players to a proud tradition of first round playoff exits.

Your coaching staff can use it as a “look how far we could fall… I mean the fucking Capitals, boys?!? OV is like 50 years old and their best player from the Cup team got traded for being too deep in the nose clams!!” Helps motivate for the playoff push.

Win-win.

Looks like we played a great second and Charlie may be the NHL’s best goalie of March. Not a surprise they are playing better with Kurnper hurt.
