They have $23 mil in cap space next summer and that’s before moving out any of Loui, Roussel, Beagle or Virtanen. Puts them in good condition to take advantage of teams who might be risking losing guys for nothing to Seattle (UFA pool is pretty thin).

They don’t have to rebuild but they probably need to be a very good team next season if they’re going to stop their stars from wanting out.
