Question: If the season gets cancelled, AKA no playoffs, what does that mean for our first round pick that we gave up in the Miller trade?

just a guess:
presumably every one gets varying degrees of lottery odds (similar to the lock-out year, but weighted for current standings?)
and it would be up to the Canucks to decide to give up the pick?

there are a lot of conditional picks out there that are in question

Id give up next years and keep this years. Only thing that concerns me is the cap for next year. Does it drop significantly due to this? If we have this team together for entire year we make the playoffs (toffolli is the big part) but can we afford him with the potential drop (unless we can get a rule to noncompliance buyout Louie

if they drop the cap, there will for sure be a buy-out.

Stanchion alert

stanchion game on tonight

Thank you good sir. Always locked in my memory are three things that year and where I was.

1) Dragon Slayer. At my youngest brother and girlfriend's, now Fiance, apartment.

2) Stanchion goal. Home on Burnside. My youngest brother and my mother where their. I think I had to work the next morning to.

3) Thomas mistake goal. Work but it could be seen at the restaurant to the left. I remember putting a thing of baskets back at the beginning of Overtime, grabbing more coming back and it was over.

Sedinary at it's finest.

The Bieska goal was the closest time that me and my younger brother came close to hugging......

For hockey purposes of course.
