I remember turning on the TV in a Vancouver Hospital room, I had a kidney Transplant in Vancouver, on a Saturday night, might have been Friday.

Both TSN and Sportsnet were slurping on the maple leafs. Granted this was 5 or 6 years ago.

The next game was the Meltdown in Beantown

They go nuts anytime an NHLer is in that ESPN "body issue" and I don't think any Leafs have been in that so seems like this may have already happened.

I've also done this fun thing where I don't watch SN or TSN unless there's a game on because with the advent of the internet and social media there's literally no reason to do so and that's seemed to work well.
