My son was born on game seven of that series. The difference there was there was never a lead that large that was overcome. It was always one run leads. I remember it like it was yesterday.

season series results have little predictive value whatsoever in regards to the postseason. that's not to say the D-Backs don't have a chance, they have a very good pitching staff. but so do the Dodgers.

I can't complain about any of the LDS matchups. They're all really good.

Both the Rockies and the D-Backs had winning records against the Dodgers. L.A. beat up on a lot of teams but lost to the 2nd and 3rd place teams in their own division. Both Arizona and Colorado are the best teams to take on the Dodgers and they have a ton of familiarity. I think the NLDS will be incredibly competitive. Go D-Backs!
